Managing rebranding communications at Acuity Insights

The EdTech company, Acuity Insights, had a lot of customer familiarity built into its old company name, ‘Altus Assessments.’ But in 2022, the company decided to rebrand and rename its products. To soothe customer worries over the rebrand, Acuity Insights called for a comprehensive communication campaign using event and digital marketing strategies.

For the event marketing strategy, I drafted presentation slides for both face-to-face and virtual webinars, and storyboarded an interactive infographic display for the company’s launch event.

For the digital marketing strategy, I wrote scripts for explainer videos, landing pages, help articles, social media posts, and email campaigns for different customer segments. Click here to view one of the landing pages I worked on.

For the launch event, I worked on the copy for the video and interactive infographic displays at the booth, and the slide deck for one of the presentations introducing the new company name.
