Roadmapping an agency’s knowledge management journey with CFRC

Role: Co-author, Researcher

Many organizations have valuable knowledge and information locked away in internal teams or within individual employees. The City Futures Research Centre at University of New South Wales partnered with a government agency responsible for promoting urban renewal to create a knowledge management strategy that would help optimize the agency’s operations.

I researched knowledge and data management best practices that have been well established in the IT industry. Then, I adapted these best practices for the urban renewal context and proposed a sequence or roadmap for their implementation within the agency.
